You may request cancellation before an order has been packed or handed to the courier. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds are considered for paid orders that are cancelled before dispatch, cannot be fulfilled, or arrive damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, subject to review of the order and any supporting details you share.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where the payment provider allows it. Processing time depends on the bank or payment service and may take several business days after we confirm the refund.
Please include your order number and a short description of the issue when you request a refund. We may ask for a photo of a damaged or incorrect item to complete the review.
If a product arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not the item you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photos where possible.
